B Developments complete its first condo project in Miami

B Developments completes its second and largest condo project in Miami

B Group Capital Management is created to purchase distressed residential assets such as Autumn Chase, Sabal Pointe, Palm Aire and Villas de Venezia located in Tampa, Palm Beach and Pompano

2010

B Group Capital Management completes its first acquisition of a commercial asset by purchasing Southpointe at Breckenridge Park in Tampa

2011

B Group Capital Management grows its commercial footprint in Tampa by purchasing  8 commercial buildings in 5 properties.

2012-2014

B Group Capital Management begins disposition of residential asset portfolio

2013

B Group Capital Management enters the Orlando market with the purchase of 10 commercial buildings

2015

B Group Capital Management purchases 11 additional buildings in the Orlando market and expands their management portfolio and continues the disposition of distressed residential asset portfolio

2016-2017

B Group Capital Management expands into the Atlanta market by purchasing 2 properties and reaches +1,000,000 sf in commercial assets

2017

B Group Capital Management reaches +2,000,000 sf of commercial assets with a series of  acquisitions in the Atlanta market

2018

B Group Capital Management completes its first commercial disposition of a realized business plan with the sale of ICTO 14100 in Tampa

 B Developments completes  Zoi House, its first Apartment building in Miami
